The Mind Body Grow Approach
Welcome to Mind Body Grow! I am dedicated to supporting people’s overall wellbeing through a range of modalities and strategies. My mission is to help bring awareness to the interconnected nature of the mind, body and breath for better health, stress relief, anxiety management and a whole host of other social, emotional, mental and physical benefits. We are not made up of pieces we are one whole being. I work with young people and adults in schools and the broader community to provide hands on education and support for improved wellbeing.
I truly believe that knowledge is power and therefore, I am driven to create and curate classes and workshops where you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to make changes for improved wellbeing. I will help you understand the why, as well as the what and how.
