About Me
I combine the benefits of yoga, myofascial movement, pranayama, breathwork, mindfulness meditation and other researched based strategies to support people's health and wellbeing so they can flourish. By connecting mind, body and breath it is possible to find balance and peace within, and improve your overall physical, mental, social and emotional health and wellbeing at any age or stage in life.
For me, learning never stops. I have completed several degrees and training to enhance my knowledge and skills to support people's wellbeing as well as my own. My goal is to give the knowledge and skills I have gained to others and empower them to make the changes they wish for improved health and wellbeing.
