Breath Movement Meditation
I offer Myofascial Movement, Yoga, Pranayama and Breathwork classes, courses and workshops, online or in person. These classes are designed to help you connect your mind, body and breath for better mental and physical health and wellbeing. Each session is tailored to specific needs and goals, helping balance your nervous system, strengthen vagal tone as well as, providing additional tools to help you manage and find relief from stress, anxiety and other challenges.

1:1 Coaching
Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Are you sacrificing your own wellbeing for work and/or family? You're not alone! You can utilise breath, movement, and meditation to turn things around, and help you find your balance and recharge.

Current Offerings
Experience the transformative power of breath and movement with weekly and/or monthly sessions, available both online and in-person. Classes emphasise the connection between breath and movement, fostering relaxation and vitality. We also offer specialised Kids and Teen classes, designed to empower young individuals to build healthy habits and mindfulness practices, helping them stay focused while relieving stress and anxiety.

Schools and Education
With over 20 years’ experience as a teacher working in schools, I understand the wellbeing challenges that can arise for both staff and students. I recognise that every school has its differences which is why I like to curate classes, workshops and courses specific to meet the needs of the schools and the individuals that I will be working with.
The Mind Body Grow Approach
I combine the benefits of myofascial movement, yoga, breathwork, pranayama, mindfulness meditation and other researched based strategies to help individuals improve their mental and physical health and wellbeing. By connecting mind, body and breath, it is possible to find balance and peace within us to enable ourselves to flourish as we navigate the journey of life.


About Me
My desire to provide accessible and effective physical and mental health and wellbeing services to individuals, schools, and communities grows stronger every day. The world we live in is constantly changing and can become difficult to navigate at times, often leaving us feeling stressed and overwhelmed. I am a certified children's, teens and adult yoga instructor, myofascial movement practitioner, mindfulness meditation teacher as well as a VIT registered primary and secondary school teacher for over 20 years.
