Mind Body Grow empowers people of all ages in educational settings, communities and workplaces to develop their wellbeing toolkit.

My Mission:
Building your personal wellbeing toolkit is essential for flourishing in life at any age or stage in life. Having personally navigated burnout twice, and with over 20 years of experience working with young people struggling with anxiety, lack of focus, and low self-worth, I feel a strong duty to share what I've learned. My goal is to equip people of all ages with the knowledge and skills to take proactive control of their own wellbeing.


Schools and Education
With over 20 years’ experience as a teacher and leader in schools, I understand the wellbeing challenges that can arise for both staff and students. I recognise that every school has its differences which is why I like to curate classes, workshops and courses specific to meet the needs of the schools and the individuals that I will be working with.

Community and Corporate
Experience the transformative power of breath and movement with weekly and/or monthly sessions, available both online and in-person. Classes emphasise the connection between breath and movement, fostering relaxation and vitality. I also offer specialised Kids and Teen classes, designed to empower young individuals to build healthy habits and mindfulness practices, helping them stay focused while relieving stress and anxiety.
The Mind Body Grow Approach
I combine the benefits of myofascial movement, yoga, breath work, pranayama, mindfulness meditation and other researched based strategies to help individuals improve their mental and physical health and wellbeing. By connecting mind, body and breath, it is possible to find balance and peace within us to enable ourselves to flourish as we navigate the journey of life.

My commitment to delivering accessible and effective physical mental health and wellbeing services to individuals, schools, and communities continues to deepen day. In our ever evolving world, navigating life's challenges can often lead to feelings of stress and overwhelm. I utilise a wide variety of wellbeing strategies and modalities to help people of all ages improve their overall health and wellbeing.
