  • Breath techniques and strategies to enhance health, wellbeing and performance. 

    • Workshops will build on your knowledge and understanding of how you can train your mind and body through breath for better health and a whole range of movement and everyday activities. Specifically utilising the world renowned Oxygen Advantage techniques and support as well as modern science and ancient pranayama practices.

Movement Workshops
