Breath, Movement, Meditation

Discover the interconnectedness of your mind and body through Breath, Movement, and Meditation classes, courses, and workshops. Learn techniques to balance your nervous system for stress and anxiety relief, improve your focus and attention, and reorganise your fascial network to support daily movement. 

 

Utilising modalities such as yoga, breath work, pranayama, mindfulness meditation, and myofascial micro-movements, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself as a whole being where breath and movement work in harmony. Each session is customised to your needs and my goal is to help you and/or your organisation thrive by reducing stress and anxiety, boosting productivity and focus, and fostering a more fulfilling life.

 

These programs are available online, in-person, or as a hybrid, and are designed to enhance mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Whether for personal growth or organisational development, I can tailor classes and courses to individual or group requirements.   • Mindfulness Meditation Workshop Series for beginnersRecommended to complete over 4-5 sessions.

  • Breathwork/Pranayama Workshop Series for beginners - Recommended to complete over 4-5 sessions.

  • Yoga Self-Practice Course - Recommended 4-6 sessions for a minimum 60 minutes per session.

  • Breath and Movement Workshops - Recommended to run for a minimum of 60 minutes.

  • Yoga and Breathwork/Pranayama Workshops - Recommended to run for a minimum of 90 minutes.

  • Breathwork/Pranayama Workshops with a specific focus - Recommended to run for a minimum of 60 minutes
