Breath and Movement

Breath and Movement classes, courses and workshops can be completed online, in-person or a combination of both making them accessible for all. The classes are designed to help connect your mind and body for better mental, emotional and physical health. Each session is tailored to meet specific needs and goals, helping you balance your nervous system for relief from stress or anxiety, and to improve focus and attention.  Contact me today to learn more about the courses and workshops of interest to you. I would love to help you improve the overall wellbeing for yourself and/or your organisation. Classes and courses on offer can be curated to meet individual or group needs.​​

  • Breathwork/Pranayama Workshop Series for Beginners - Recommended to complete over 4-5 sessions.

  • Breathwork/Pranayama Workshops with a specific focus - Recommended to run for a minimum of 60 minutes

  • Yoga Self-Practice Course - Recommended 4-6 sessions for a minimum 50 minutes per session.

  • Yoga Workshops with a specific focus - Recommended to run for a minimum of 60 minutes.

  • Yoga and Breathwork/Pranayama Workshops - Recommended to run for a minimum of 90 minutes.
