Mindfulness Meditation
The mindfulness meditation courses and workshops provide a space for you to connect with your inner self and find peace within. Learn techniques through a short online, in person, or a combination of the two and help calm your mind, relax your body and reduce stress and anxiety in your daily life. My goal is to help you and/or the people in your organisation flourish by reducing stress, anxiety, increase productivity and focus, and achieve a more fulfilling life.
Classes, courses and workshops can be tailored to meet your time frame and needs as I draw on a vast range of techniques and strategies for exploration.
